Shipping policy

Made to order. Every FERMI lamp is 3D-printed and hand-assembled in our Brooklyn studio after you place your order. Current production time is 2 to 4 weeks. You'll see an estimated ship date on each product page before you check out.

Free US shipping. We ship free of charge to all 50 US states via UPS. Once your lamp ships, transit typically takes 3–5 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Where we ship. At this time, we ship within the United States only. We don't currently ship internationally or to PO boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

Order changes. Because each lamp is made for you, please contact us at support@fermi.nyc as soon as possible if you need to change your color, size, or shipping address. We can usually accommodate changes before production is complete.

Damaged in transit? Please inspect your lamp on arrival. If it arrives damaged or defective, email support@fermi.nyc within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right with a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
